Financing Options
RTS Financial offers two primary methods of financing designed to increase working capital. The two methods of financing are accounts receivable financing (factoring) and purchase order financing. These financial programs do not involve loans. We actually purchase your receivables and purchase orders. These methods of financing involve us reviewing the credit of your customers instead of your company's net worth. Banks are highly risk averse and are not often willing to execute these types of transactions. Both methods of financing result in your business receiving funds within 24 hours.
Factoring - Accounts Receivable Financing
This method of financing involves RTS Financial purchasing your open invoices and quickly increasing your cash flow. We then send the invoice to your customer with normal payment terms. Factoring your accounts receivable will quickly increase your working capital while reducing your risk.
Purchase Order Financing
Purchase order financing is very similar to factoring, but instead of buying the receivable or invoice, we buy your purchase orders. Your business receives the money from the purchase orders within 24 hours. This allows you to boost working capital, purchase raw materials and cover daily expenses to fill your orders.
RTS Financial As A Collections Partner
Once we provide capital, RTS Financial acts as your collections partner, working with your customers to ensure your invoices will be paid on time. Our top priority in these situations is to ensure that each transaction not only builds our relationship with you, but also strengthens your relationship with your customers as well. This also means that you don't have to worry about following up with customers to receive payment. Once we provide you with capital we handle everything from that point on. This gives you more time to focus on your core business.
